Wekelijks praat journalist Edith Bowman met een regisseur, producent, acteur, schrijver of componist over hun relatie met muziek, hoe ze erdoor worden geïnspireerd en welke muziek ze gebruiken voor hun films. Bowmans enthousiasme is erg aanstekelijk, helemaal in de aflevering met Martin Scorsese, die ze beschrijft als ‘haar white whale’. Scorsese staat bekend als de meester van ‘needle dropping’ (het gebruik van een bestaand muziekstuk in een film). Nog een pluspunt van deze de podcast is dat er volop ruimte wordt genomen om de muziek die wordt besproken te laten horen.
